What You'll Expect
As the Digital Marketing & Guest Experience Associate, you’ll be responsible for supporting the online presence and guest engagement strategies across all Granite State Gaming & Hospitality (GSGH) properties. This hybrid role combines digital marketing execution with on-site guest service responsibilities, ensuring a seamless brand experience both online and in-person.
What You'll Do
- Manage social media and create engaging content
- Monitor reviews and track digital performance
- Support marketing campaigns and events
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms
- Coordinate promotions across properties
- Greet guests, build relationships, and enhance their experience
- Assist with guest inquiries and on-site activations

What We Require
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and social platforms
- Must be 21+ and eligible to obtain a gaming license
- Availability for flexible hours
