About This Position
PRIMARY FUNCTION
A Compensation Partner designs, manages, and analyzes compensation structures for physicians, advanced practice providers and staff, ensuring competitive pay, regulatory compliance (e.g., FMV), and alignment with organizational, value-based goals. This role requires advanced financial modeling, market benchmarking, and strategic partnership with leadership to drive provider performance and retention.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Compensation Design & Modeling: Develop, implement, and maintain compensation models (productivity-based, salary, bonus, incentives) to support clinical care pathways and organizational goals.
- Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Use industry surveys to analyze market pay rates and ensure competitiveness.
- Compliance & Contracting: Evaluate staff & provider compensation for compliance with legal and regulatory standards (Stark Law, Anti-Kickback).
- Strategic Advisory: Partner with business unit leaders to analyze staffing challenges, review compensation methodologies, and provide data-driven recommendations for adjustments.Enter
- Financial Performance: Perform cost modeling, budget projections, and administrative support for compensation plans.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or healthcare administration.
EXPERIENCE: 3–7+ years of experience in compensation analysis, specifically within a hospital system, medical group, or consulting firm.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
