What you'll do

• Handle routine repairs (basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC support) and safety checks.
• Support projects, painting, landscaping, and curb-appeal upkeep.
• Turn apartments efficiently and assist with urgent after-hours issues on rotation.

You bring

• Prior maintenance experience (senior living, hospitality, or property management) preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills; comfortable with tools and mobile tech.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs; work indoors/outdoors in varied conditions.
