Caregiver / CNA / HHA - Consistent Hours at Platinum Care Group – Lake Barrington, Illinois

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a 55-year-old client transitioning to a home setting. The schedule for this role is 3–4 days per week, 4–6 hours per day (day shifts). This position focuses on full assistance with activities of daily living, safety, and compassionate support. The ideal caregiver is patient, attentive, and comfortable providing total care, including feeding, repositioning, and incontinence care. Korean-speaking is a plus, but not required.

• Provide full assistance with activities of daily living, including feeding, repositioning, and incontinence care.
• Ensure proper positioning and comfort to prevent discomfort and maintain safety.
• Provide attentive supervision and compassionate support throughout the shift.
• Assist with maintaining hygiene and cleanliness.
• Support a calm and structured daily routine.
• Communicate regularly with family regarding client needs and condition.
• Observe and report any changes in condition or concerns promptly.

• Experienced with total care and high-acuity clients
• Patient, gentle, and attentive in approach
• Comfortable providing hands-on care including incontinence support
• Strong communication skills with both client and family
• Reliable and consistent with scheduling
• Korean-speaking is a plus, but not required

• Maintaining client comfort through proper positioning and hygiene
• Building trust with both the client and family
• Creating a calm and supportive care environment
• Communicating clearly and consistently with the family regarding care updates

Requirements

Caregiving experience preferred (CNA/HHA a plus)
