Companionship & Support

• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Communicate with care team and complete documentation

✔ Active Washington State CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HCA (Home Care Aide)
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✔ Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
✔ Pass background check and drug screening
