Quick Response CNAs (STNAs) are a crucial part of our Even More Care program and are trained to respond rapidly to critical needs and offer immediate assistance to patients and families during urgent changes. Whether managing pain, easing anxiety, or simply holding a hand, you will be a trusted part of someone's final journey across a variety of shifts. CNA/STNA Shifts:
- Full Time (40 hrs per week): Monday through Friday (3 pm to 11:30 pm)
- Part-Time (24 hrs per week & can rotate weekends): Saturday through Sunday (8 am to 8:30 pm)
- Shift 5- (12 hrs per week & can rotate weekends): Saturday to Sunday (8 pm to 8:30 am)
- PRN Shifts Available as well, primarily in the hours described above
Travel to the office located in Green, Ohio, is required. Serving patients throughout 9 counties in Northeast Ohio as part of the emergent care team.
CNA/STNA Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification
- Must be certified by the state as a nurses' aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification
- 1 year of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide is required
- Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred
- Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors
- Must exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization
- Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, a valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle
