Radiology Technician II at Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare – Pomona, California

Performs diagnostic Radiographic and Fluoroscopic examinations. Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs and participates in PI CQI activities. Performs Bone densitometry, aids in callback coverage when necessary. Responsible for the independent operation of x-ray equipment, and for performing and communicating results of diagnostic examinations. To include but not limited to; equipment maintenance, the report of equipment failures, and quality assessment (QA). The x-ray tech maintains a high standard of medical ethics at all times and is self-motivated to increase level of understanding and knowledge of the field, disease, and new procedures as they evolve. Exhibits excellent customer service skills for our patients and physician referral base. Requirements: Must have ARRT, CRT, venipuncture certificate and Fluoro permit. Must have AHA BLS and maintain throughout employment. Familiarity with State and Federal regulations

The hourly range for this position is $35.00-$43.97
