Our Registry Program has many options to choose from. Work at 1 or all 3 of our Hospitals. Community Hospital, St. Catherine Hospital or St. Mary Medical Center.

POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Pharmacy Supervisor and Pharmacy Director provides pharmaceutical care services to in-patient and out-patients. Provides professional drug information/advice to other health professionals. Dispenses medications and IV additive solutions and directs the routine activities of technicians. Accurately maintains legally required and other departmental records and assists in inventory control measures.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

·Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited school or College of Pharmacy.

·Two years of experience in a hospital setting preferred.

·Be able to develop suitable interpersonal skills.

·Current license as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Indiana (Requires fulfilling continuing education requirements – 30 c.e.u. every 2 years to maintain license).
