Shift Leader at Peach Cobbler Factory at L&T Homesllc – High Point, North Carolina

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure that all food handling and safety procedures are followed
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues
- Train and mentor team members on proper procedures and techniques
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to achieve sales targets and meet financial goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Must be available for opening and closing shifts
