Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers, following state laws and facility policies. Verify patient identity before medication administration. Accurately document all medication administration in medical records. Maintain records and follow protocols for controlled substances. Report adverse reactions or medication errors to the nursing supervisor or healthcare provider. Monitor patients for changes in condition or adverse reactions and report to nursing staff. Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Relay patient care and medication information to incoming staff during shift changes. Follow infection control procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment. Provide care for clients Adhere to facility policies and safety protocols. Other duties as assigned by Management
