GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Oversee all facets of Project Management by coordinating the overall planning and execution of a project. This includes leading the planning and development of all project deliverables.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct and supervise assigned projects (people, budgets, etc.) for multiple customers. Responsible for:
- Project conception to include attending meetings and preparing labor and material quotes
- Project planning to include site verification, attending construction meetings and truck planning
- Project execution ensuring full installation coordination and resolution of site-specific issues. Ensure appropriate procedures and standards are followed
- Project control by regular site visits and oversight of schedules
- Project close including punch and invoicing
- Develop strong working relationships with clients at multiple levels within an organization as well as internal team.
- Communicate project status with customer and team
- Review job site to ensure safe and efficient project installation
- Ensure all issues or change order requests are appropriately documented and addressed
- Resolve all issues and close out project

KEY SELECTION AND SUCCESS FACTORS
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3years’ project management experience
- Experience with making formal presentations
- Office furniture experience preferred
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; college degree preferred
OTHER/PREFERRED:
- Proficiency in MS Office required
- Experience creating, communicating, and implementing project plans
- Experience creating and controlling budgets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to multi-task and work with many interruptions
- Ability to work and communicate with a diverse group of people
- Proficiency reading installation plans and blueprints
