About the Role:

As a District Manager in the Accommodation and Food Services industry, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations in the Elkhart, Lafayette, and Logansport areas. Your main objective will be to ensure that each location is meeting its financial goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be expected to lead and motivate a team of managers and employees to achieve these goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a management role
• Proven track record of meeting financial goals
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to travel between locations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Accommodation and Food Services industry
• Experience managing multiple locations
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong problem-solving skills
