We are seeking an experienced and skilled Master Technician to join our team. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for performing complex vehicle repairs and maintenance. This is a critical role that requires a high level of expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for auto restoration and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Prior experience as an Automotive Technician REQUIRED.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Diagnose cause of failure and perform repair.
- Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
- Notify Service Advisor immediately if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised.
- Document all work performed
- Road test vehicles.
- Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.
- Ensure customer cars are kept clean.
- Keep the shop area clean.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
Job Requirements
- 2 Years of GM Automotive Technician experience a must.
- Must have a valid Driver License with good driving record.
- Must be team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Working knowledge of shop equipment
- ASE certification a BIG PLUS
- Strong attention to detail
