We are seeking an experienced and skilled Master Technician to join our team. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for performing complex vehicle repairs and maintenance. This is a critical role that requires a high level of expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for auto restoration and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Prior experience as an Automotive Technician REQUIRED.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose cause of failure and perform repair.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Notify Service Advisor immediately if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised.
• Document all work performed
• Road test vehicles.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.
• Ensure customer cars are kept clean.
• Keep the shop area clean.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

Job Requirements

• 2 Years of GM Automotive Technician experience a must.
• Must have a valid Driver License with good driving record.
• Must be team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Working knowledge of shop equipment
• ASE certification a BIG PLUS
• Strong attention to detail
