Recycling Manager at The Arc Madison Cortland – Canastota, New York

SUMMARY: Coordinates, manages and is involved with daily operations at the Material Recovery Facility (MRF).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Responsible for daily and long-term production planning.

· Maintains all production and personnel documents.

· Reviews daily production reports and responds to supervisor.

· Deals with personnel issues and concerns.

· Responsible for the hiring and termination of employees upon consultation with Supervisor.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED; and minimum of 5 years experience in Industrial/Business Management.
