We are seeking a Pediatric Hospice RN Case Manager in Las Vegas, NV to join our team and provide meaningful support to children and their families during end-of-life care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a pediatric hospice caseload with compassionate, individualized care

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic support

• Provide education and emotional support to families and caregivers

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Nevada

• Pediatric and/or hospice experience preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and family-centered care skills

• Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
