Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in portfolio governance, PMO, or project management.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and benefits realization frameworks.
• Proficient in MS Project, Power BI, and portfolio management tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in the banking industry is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any other relevant field.
