Print Account Manager at ExpressPros - Madison – Edgerton, Wisconsin

A Wisconsin-based, full-service direct marketing printing and mailing company is looking for a Print Account Manager on 1st shift in Edgerton! This role ensures customer satisfaction as the primary point of contact for clients. Top candidates will have strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Pay: $45,000 - $55,000

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Work includes:

• Act as primary liaison between client and customer
• Provide prompt and professional communication with customers via phone and email.
• Process purchase and production orders
• Generate production job tickets, shipping documents, box labels, other required paperwork
• Assist in planning and coordinating customer jobs
• Review job tickets for accuracy, obtain clarification when needed
• Gather and prepare required info for billing and invoice reconciliation
• Collaborate with other teams, such as manufacturing
• Cultivate efficient exchange of files, copy, and job-related info with customers
• Update production schedules with current job info
• Maintain knowledge of printing processes, support continuous improvement
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Business school, associate degree, or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a commercial/direct mail OR printing environment required
• 3+ years of customer service experience required
• In-depth knowledge of print production methods (digital, offset, finishing, mailing)
• Experience with USPS regulations, mail piece design and postage for direct mail
• Working knowledge of paper types, formats, and finishing options
• Strong math and analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in deadline-driven, multi-priority environment
• Positive, professional demeanor - a collaborative team spirit
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and production systems
