About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. You will play a key role in streamlining and strengthening our pre-litigation and litigation processes to ensure they run efficiently and consistently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order out of complexity, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in keeping cases organized and on track.

Key Responsibilities
Litigation Support
- Monitor ongoing matter activity and track deadlines across litigation and transactional matters.
- Maintain litigation calendars and enter court dates, deadlines, and milestones into electronic systems.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper case files in accordance with company protocols.
- Manage case files to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with best practices.
- Perform eFiling in Federal (PACER), state, and ADR court systems.
- Coordinate and organize responses to document requests, subpoenas, and other records requests in civil, administrative, or investigative matters.
- Provide trial support, including exhibit preparation and courtroom logistics.
Operations & Process Improvement
- · Assist with outside counsel engagement and billing processes.
- · Develop and refine policies, procedures, and systems to efficiently organize, manage, and retrieve case files while continuously improving consistency and workflows across litigation matters.
Collaboration & Communication
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, attorneys, outside counsel, and staff.
- Build strong working relationships and provide responsive, reliable support.
- Perform assigned work on-site at the designated office location.
- Take on other duties as assigned with a positive, team-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
- Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency with e-filing systems, calendaring software, and document management platforms.
- Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this role working in Fremont, California office is $70,000 to $90,000. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
