Position Summary As a Produce Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by maintaining the quality, presentation, and freshness of our organic fruits and vegetables. You'll work closely with team members to uphold Greens standards of service, cleanliness, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
-Receive, inspect, and stock produce deliveries with attention to quality and freshness.
-Rotate stock using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method to minimize waste.
-Set up and maintain attractive, clean, and organized produce displays.
-Monitor and maintain correct temperatures for produce storage and floor cases.
-Provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service; answer questions about produce items and offer suggestions or education on organic selections.
-Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
-Assist in inventory counts and restocking as needed.
-Support store promotions and seasonal display changes.
-Maintain cleanliness of the department, including prep areas, coolers, and sales floor.

Qualifications
-Previous grocery or produce experience preferred, especially in a natural or organic food setting.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
-Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-Passion for healthy living, organic produce, and sustainability.
