We are seeking a skilled and resourceful IT Support Specialist II with a strong focus on Audio/Visual (AV) and Unified Communications (UC) technologies to join our collaborative IT team. This hybrid role supports mission-critical meetings and corporate collaboration platforms, ensuring employees and leadership can communicate effectively. A key success factor in this role is hands-on experience administering Microsoft Teams Voice and Devices via the Teams Admin Center (TAC).
Key Responsibilities: Core Tier 2 IT Support- 
	Respond to escalated incidents and service requests across end-user devices and collaboration tools. 
- 
	Accurately document and track issues using the ServiceNow platform. 
- 
	Provide hands-on support for office hardware, including peripherals, monitors, and conferencing accessories. 
- 
	Prioritize and execute tasks quickly and effectively, even under time-sensitive conditions. 
- 
	Travel as needed to provide technical support for off-site meetings and trainings. 
- 
	Setup, configure, and support AV equipment for live meetings, internal events, and executive sessions. 
- 
	Support Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex platforms, including meetings, webinars, and VoIP features. 
- 
	Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft-based VoIP devices using Microsoft Teams Admin Center (TAC). This includes managing user policies, call routing, and hardware provisioning. 
- 
	Maintain and support digital signage platforms across office locations. 
- 
	Manage and move light-to-heavy AV/IT equipment for meeting setups. 
- 
	Stay composed and technically sound while supporting high-profile or time-critical meetings. 
- 
	Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users. 
- 
	Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. 
- 
	Experience in a team-oriented, customer-focused support environment. 
- 
	Demonstrated ability to stay calm and prioritize effectively under pressure. 
- 
	Experience with Microsoft 365 and Teams in a support or administrative capacity. 
- 
	Proven experience administering VoIP solutions and devices through Microsoft Teams Admin Center (TAC). 
- 
	Hands-on experience with AV hardware setup and troubleshooting in a corporate setting. 
- 
	Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings and Webinars. 
- 
	Experience with digital signage platform administration. 
- 
	ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool experience. 
- 
	Physically capable of transporting and setting up IT/AV equipment. 
- 
	Certifications in Microsoft 365, Teams, or AV/UC technologies. 
- 
	Experience supporting conferencing solutions (e.g., Logitech, Poly, Crestron). 
- 
	Prior experience in live event or executive meeting support environments.
