Job Summary:

This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating IT projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, facilitate testing, and monitor project progress to ensure successful delivery. The IT Project Assistant will act as a key liaison between stakeholders, developers and vendors to address challenges and maintain alignment. This role will provide guidance on procurement, contract negotiation, and compliance to support strategic objectives.

Position Summary

We are looking for an entry-level IT Project Analyst to support system analysis, solution planning, user training, and coordination with global teams. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with development teams in Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct basic system analysis and gather business requirements.
  • Assist in system planning, documentation, and process mapping.
  • Prepare user guides and provide training to end users.
  • Communicate with development engineers in Asia to clarify requirements.
  • Coordinate across teams and ensure alignment on project tasks.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with global teams across time zones.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Experience with ERP or system projects is a plus, but not required.
