Quality Engineer at Embross – Pune

QA ENGINEER-

DME, BE- Mechanical

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assurance testing on products to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications. Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• Utilise various measuring instruments to assess product quality.

• Monitor and evaluate sheet metal, powder coating processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Documentation and report quality issues and work closely with production teams to resolve them as well to suppliers.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders through email and verbal communication.

Required Experience: 2 years max. in Quality Department with Sheet Metal & Powder Coating.

Required Technical Skills:

-Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings

-Experienced with using quality measurement

instruments.

-Knowledgeable in powder coating processes and quality control.

Required Communication Skills:

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in writing (email) and verbally.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities.

Salary: 3.5 L to 4.10 L
