Key Responsibilities

• Manage False Claims Act (FCA) investigations and complex litigation matters
• Provide strategic counsel on health care fraud and abuse laws, including Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law compliance
• Represent clients in high-stakes regulatory and litigation proceedings
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
• Conduct in-depth legal research and develop strategies for FCA and regulatory matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions
• Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

Required:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• 6–10+ years of experience handling FCA matters, including investigations and complex litigation
• Deep knowledge of federal health care fraud and abuse statutes and regulations
• Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Stable employment history with a demonstrated commitment to excellence

Preferred:

• Prior experience at the Department of Justice Civil Fraud Division or a U.S. Attorney’s Office
• Background in advising health care or life sciences clients on regulatory compliance
• Experience with complex litigation in federal courts

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: $300,000 – $600,000 (based on experience)
• Bonus: Performance-based annual bonus eligibility
