About This Position
Magnolia Companies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the team of sales representatives and ensuring that they are properly trained to negotiate and convert over the phone opportunities into jobs
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the automated e-mail proposal follow up process.
- Work with the Head of Sales & Marketing to determine all metrics/KPI’s for the commercial sales representatives.
- Assist the sales team in negotiating and closing leads as directed.
- Meet periodically to review and assess the KPI’s vs. actual performance.
- Provide sales reports on a periodic basis.
- Attend meetings on a periodic basis as required by the Head of Sales & Marketing.
- Interpret and complying with all company policies and procedures.
- Approving all time cards and P.T.O requests for sales representatives & contract coordinator in accordance with department needs, company policies and procedures.
- Participate in the investigation and solution of customer complaints as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in inside sales
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
