Sales and Marketing Manager at University Health System- San Antonio – San Antonio, Texas

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for leading and managing broker relationships, overseeing account services, ensuring exceptional customer service for Marketplace and Commercial Members, and expanding sales opportunities for Community First. This role is critical to driving enrollment, retention, and satisfaction across Community First’s product lines. The Sales Manager serves as the primary liaison with external brokers and partners, while also ensuring internal teams deliver outstanding support to members and accounts

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience is required with at least 3 years of experience in sales. Current Texas driver’s license is required. Experience in sales and broker relations is preferred
