Do you have what it takes to be a Dental Assistant:

• Completion of a Dental Assisting program preferred
• Certification in dental assisting preferred
• Ohio general operator’s license in radiology is required

A day in the life of a HSO Dental Assistant:

• Competently operates standard dental equipment
• Correctly verifies all dental records for updates as needed
• Having appropriate paperwork completed by patients
• Takes patient’s vital signs and any radiographs as needed for the exam
• Understands and accurately communicates instructions, information, and / or concepts according to the hygienist orders
