Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and driven IT Support Technician in our Kaukauna office. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping a company running smoothly, this is a great opportunity for you. You will partner closely with our IT Manager to support more than 325 employee-owners across five locations to help support and strengthen Keller’s technology landscape.

Essential Functions

  • Provide hands–on support for Windows PCs, iOS devices, and Android devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and account-related issues
  • Set-up and configure equipment for new users
  • Contribute ideas and solutions that improve efficiency, security, and user experience
  • Provide informal training to staff on new tools, features, or best practices
  • Support audio-visual equipment setup and troubleshooting for meetings and presentations
  • IT Help Desk Support for all IT Systems throughout the organization
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Position Qualifications

  • Self-Motivated- ability to reach a goal or perform a task with little supervision or direction.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A 2- or 4-year degree in a technology related field is preferred, but equivalent experience or relevant certifications are also valued
  • Previous hands-on experience providing technical support to multiple team members and sites
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and mobile platforms
  • Resourcefulness in researching unfamiliar issues and providing solutions
  • Ability to stay engaged and motivated throughout projects, from planning to completion
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good attention to detail
