ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern with an interest in Hospitality and Brand Partnerships to join our organization for the Summer of 2026. The Brand Partnerships Intern will assist the Brand Partnerships Director who manages and develops brand partnerships for The h. wood Group. You will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of the department while gaining valuable insight to further your interest in your chosen career field.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Assist with managing the Directors calendar and scheduling calls as needed
- Prepare for brand partnership meetings and presentations
- Help management proposal decks, strategies, and deliverables
- Process and manage invoices and submissions to AP
- Owning and maintaining tracking grid for all working projects and proposals
- Liaise with other department assistants when scheduling meetings and preparing for presentations
- Respond to web correspondence, venue requests, and emails
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college with a focus in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related courses to receive credit
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
JOB DETAILS AND BENEFITS:
- Temporary Position – Six to ten weeks
