Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Agent to manage inbound calls, guide customers through products, and support the full sales cycle from initial contact to reservation management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and proficiency with digital tools and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, provide clear product explanations, and guide customers on available options

Advise clients with a commercial focus by identifying their needs and offering suitable solutions

Prepare and send quotations, following up proactively to close sales

Requirements:

Confident and friendly phone presence with a clear sales-driven approach

Highly proactive with a self-starter attitude and ability to tackle challenges independently

Required Skills:
