Shifts: 7a–7p and 7p–7a

Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to help strengthen our in-house team and provide high-quality care in a skilled nursing setting. We are looking for dependable nurses who value teamwork, strong clinical care, and a stable work environment.

This is a great opportunity for an RN who wants 12-hour shifts, consistent scheduling, and a supportive leadership team.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
  
• Complete assessments and monitor for changes in condition
  
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other care staff as appropriate
  
• Ensure clear, timely documentation
  
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, resident-centered environment
  

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  
• Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred
  
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork
  
• Dependable attendance and professional attitude
