This role sits at the intersection of client delivery, ERP solution design, and technical consulting, supporting organizations across the process manufacturing industry in optimizing their business systems. The Lead Implementation Specialist, Solutions Architecture is responsible for guiding clients through complex ERP implementations, ensuring solutions are designed, configured, and deployed in alignment with business goals and operational needs. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business processes into scalable system configurations while ensuring consistency, quality, and performance across deployments. This position requires strong analytical thinking, deep ERP expertise, and the ability to navigate multi-industry environments with varying levels of complexity. You will collaborate closely with product, development, and implementation teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of solutions. In addition, you will play a key role in identifying risks, troubleshooting workflow gaps, and driving actionable solutions that improve client outcomes. This is a highly hands-on role that combines technical problem-solving with client-facing leadership in a fast-paced implementation environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for defining and designing ERP solutions across diverse client projects and industries.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze workflows, understand requirements, and translate them into scalable system configurations.
  • Design, configure, and implement ERP solutions aligned with client objectives, ensuring functionality supports business performance and efficiency.
  • Identify, assess, and manage implementation risks, system gaps, and workflow issues, developing both short- and long-term resolution plans.
  • Coordinate closely with Product and Development teams to ensure accurate and effective solution delivery.
  • Develop technical design documents, configuration guides, and implementation specifications to support deployment and ongoing use.
  • Provide internal training, knowledge sharing, and technical support to enhance team capability and implementation consistency.
Requirements:
  • 5–10+ years of experience working with ERP systems as a super-user, implementation specialist, or solution consultant.
  • Strong experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or solution design, preferably within process manufacturing or food & beverage industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex system and workflow issues.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Proficiency with business and productivity tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and project management software.
  • Experience with SQL querying is a strong plus.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% annually.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
