Accountabilities:
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of field marketing programs including events, sponsorships, roadshows, and executive engagements across key regions
  • Manage event logistics end-to-end, including timelines, vendor coordination, run-of-show documentation, and post-event wrap-up activities
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure strong alignment on pre-event outreach, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up
  • Track budgets and monitor program spend, identifying variances and ensuring cost-effective execution
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners for event production, materials, shipping, and on-site logistics
  • Measure and analyze event performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, and pipeline impact, contributing to insights and recommendations
  • Partner with global marketing teams to align on best practices and ensure consistency across regional programs
  • Contribute to the execution of flagship events and large-scale marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a similar role within a growth-focused organization
  • Hands-on experience supporting marketing programs such as events, sponsorships, or account-based marketing initiatives
  • Proficiency with marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce and Marketo, including reporting and campaign management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach and strong sense of ownership
  • Willingness to travel frequently to support events (approximately 20+ annually)
