Accountabilities- Define the strategic framework for meetings and events in alignment with brand objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure integrated planning and execution of meetings.
- Influence stakeholders and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Establish KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of major congresses and events.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements for all events.
- Design and optimize strategies for Speaker Bureau and field engagement.
- Manage vendor strategy and performance across various initiatives.
- Oversee budgeting for events, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience in marketing or operations.
- Strong understanding of regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions.
- Proven ability to manage strategic projects without direct authority.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conflict management and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).
- Highly competitive salary range of $150,000 to $175,000.
