At Lake Prince Woods, a continuing care retirement community, we are hiring staff for the following position:

Healthcare Aide

Full Time 3pm-11pm

Lake Prince Woods is a not-for-profit CCRC located in Suffolk, VA. We are looking for a compassionate and committed team member to join our 36 bed Assisted Living Unit. The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct resident care, assisting the resident to reach and maintain the highest level of functioning in accordance with physician’s orders, company and industry standards and federal and state regulations. Encourages and promotes resident’s ability to adapt and adjust to living independently as speedily and safely as possible.

Minimal Education:

High School graduate or G.E.D.

Minimal Experience:

Minimum of three (3) months work experience in basic nursing procedures for nursing assistants.

Other Qualifications:

Successfully completed the Certified Nursing Assistant program and has current certification and required in-services.

Minimum age of 16 years or older is required for this position due to Department of Labor regulations.
