This role is a senior leadership position responsible for driving excellence in the delivery of professional services to a diverse customer base. The Director of Professional Services will lead a high-performing team, ensuring efficient, scalable, and repeatable implementation strategies while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. The position requires collaboration with executive leadership to align operational performance with strategic business goals and profitability targets. With oversight of project execution, team development, and client engagement, this role has a direct impact on long-term growth and financial results. The successful candidate will foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Remote work is supported, with travel required to engage with clients and teams across North America and the Caribbean.
- Lead and develop a professional services team, fostering skill growth, motivation, and alignment with business strategies.
- Drive operational excellence by innovating and standardizing implementation processes to ensure repeatable, high-quality customer experiences.
- Monitor performance metrics, coach team members, and provide guidance to achieve business unit goals and customer satisfaction targets.
- Manage client relationships proactively, ensuring contractual obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and satisfaction is maximized.
- Oversee project delivery, budgets, policies, and procedures to meet revenue and service objectives.
- Present financial, operational, and customer satisfaction updates to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Promote a collaborative work environment that encourages learning, knowledge sharing, and recognition of high-performing behaviors.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of management experience, including direct leadership of professional services delivery.
- Proven ability to manage diverse and distributed teams, including experience leading groups of 10 or more employees.
- Strong track record in project management, delivering multiple product solutions, and achieving measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Experience developing and promoting managers and leaders within the organization.
- Demonstrated capability to innovate operational processes, improve efficiency, and scale service delivery.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with relevant business and project management tools.
- Ability to travel approximately 25–50%, with a valid passport and required travel visas for North America and the Caribbean.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
