You will work closely with the sales team to identify high-value accounts, qualify leads, and deliver personalized, data-driven campaigns that influence the buyer journey. The position blends strategic account research, CRM management, and campaign execution to drive measurable marketing impact. You will help shape account-based engagement strategies, develop nurturing workflows, and analyze trends to optimize performance. - Qualify inbound leads based on fit, engagement, and readiness for sales follow-up
- Conduct account research to identify company background, decision makers, business needs, and engagement history
- Support account-based marketing campaigns and deliver personalized outreach for high-value accounts
- Build and manage nurture programs, email sequences, and lifecycle workflows for different stages of the buyer journey
- Track and analyze lead and account activity, identifying trends, campaign performance, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure CRM data quality, maintain segmentation rules, and manage accurate lifecycle stages
- Collaborate with internal teams and sales to align priorities and optimize marketing impact
- Stay current on account-based marketing best practices, lifecycle marketing, and CRM strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing, or related roles
- Proven experience qualifying inbound leads and supporting sales handoff processes
- Hands-on experience building or supporting ABM campaigns and segmented nurture programs
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, campaign workflows, email marketing, and performance reporting
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Canadian Citizen or valid Canadian Permanent Residency required
