This role is a strategic, customer-facing position designed to elevate post-sales engagement and drive digital transformation initiatives. The Senior Customer Success Architect will work closely with customers and internal teams to align technology solutions with business objectives, enhance adoption of modern software practices, and deliver measurable outcomes. You will provide technical guidance, develop strategic frameworks, and lead initiatives that resolve implementation challenges while building deep customer trust. This position combines consultative expertise, technical fluency, and data-driven insights to support long-term success. - Serve as a trusted advisor, providing technical guidance and strategic insights to customer stakeholders and internal teams.
- Analyze customer requirements, identify gaps, and align solutions to drive digital transformation and software modernization outcomes.
- Lead initiatives to resolve adoption challenges, conduct proofs of concept, and ensure successful post-sales implementation.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to identify opportunities for growth, enhance engagement, and expand solution usage.
- Develop and deliver enablement content, workshops, and training sessions to support customer adoption and success.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor usage patterns, recommend improvements, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain deep customer and industry insights to inform strategy and solution alignment.
- 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, consultative selling, or related customer-facing technical roles, OR equivalent combination of education and experience (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field with 2–6+ years’ experience).
- Proven experience driving digital transformation initiatives, software modernization, and DevOps/DevSecOps adoption.
- Proficiency with software development practices, GitHub or similar DevOps platforms, and application security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA).
- Strong business consulting and problem-solving skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client engagements and professional development.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex technical and business information into actionable recommendations.
- Competitive base salary range of USD $94,000–$249,280, with potential sales incentives.
