- Lead the strategic direction and execution of a major business unit, managing a portfolio of top partners to achieve growth and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement digital strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive transformation across partner operations.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, sales, and other teams to enhance cross-functional alignment and innovation.
- Optimize the digital customer journey and ensure seamless engagement for partners and end-users.
- Oversee digital marketing, branding, and social media initiatives to strengthen partner presence and market differentiation.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decisions, monitor KPIs, and build annual plans and playbooks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Strategic Relationship Managers, establishing performance standards, operating rhythms, and development plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced experience preferred.
- 12+ years leading growth businesses in the gift card, payments, or related technology space, including 3+ years managing high-performing teams.
- Proven experience managing strategic partnerships and top-tier accounts in complex, high-stakes environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, digital leadership, and business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and achieve business goals with measurable impact.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience leveraging AI or emerging technologies to enhance business processes or deliver measurable results.
- Adaptable, curious, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Competitive total compensation: $215,350 to $280,000 OTE (varies by location and experience).
