This role offers the opportunity to lead pre-sales technical engagements across complex networking environments, delivering tailored solutions that demonstrate business value to prospective clients. You will partner closely with sales teams, account managers, and channel partners to qualify opportunities, provide consultative expertise, and drive successful solution adoption. The position combines deep technical knowledge with strategic account influence, enabling you to design, present, and implement cutting-edge infrastructure solutions. You will manage proof-of-concept deployments, articulate technical capabilities, and support pipeline growth while influencing decision-makers at senior client levels. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on customer satisfaction, revenue outcomes, and overall solution adoption.
- Provide pre-sales technical and functional support to prospective clients, ensuring solutions align with business needs.
- Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and present tailored network solutions.
- Lead proof-of-concept deployments and demonstrations to validate technical feasibility and showcase solution value.
- Deliver consultative guidance on network architecture, distributed branch and campus solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with channel partners to drive business, manage demand generation events, and expand market opportunities.
- Maintain competitive knowledge of solutions, technologies, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Support internal stakeholders with technical expertise for complex account requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and solution success.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with demonstrable pre-sales support experience.
- Strong expertise in networking technologies, including campus and distributed branch networks.
- Proven ability to conduct consultative, solution-based selling and communicate technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing account pipelines, forecasts, and customer relationships effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment, lead innovative solution design, and tailor solutions to complex technical requirements.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory as required.
