• Lead the architecture and technical strategy for multiple concurrent digital initiatives, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions
• Design and develop modern web applications using React, enterprise APIs, and cloud-native architectures
• Provide hands-on engineering support through coding, code reviews, and technical guidance
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and automation to improve team productivity and delivery speed
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and technical debt across projects
• Lead and mentor a distributed engineering team, fostering collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement
• Act as the main technical liaison for stakeholders, facilitating workshops, solution design, and alignment across teams

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale web applications and distributed systems
• Strong background in system architecture, API integrations, and cloud-native development
• Experience leading technical teams, including distributed or remote engineers
• Ability to balance hands-on coding with strategic leadership and decision-making
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows is a strong advantage
• Experience with Adobe App Builder, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar platforms is a plus
