Job Overview

  • Project Scope: Glazing / Commercial Windows / Glass (Residential, Commercial Industrial, Government or Federal)

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity

You will launch your career in the specialized glazing industry through hands-on training in a supportive, family-oriented environment. This role is designed for a motivated individual ready to learn a high-demand trade while contributing to major residential and commercial projects. You will work alongside master glaziers who are committed to your professional development and long-term growth.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Assist lead glaziers with the safe transport and handling of glass panels and framing materials.

  • Learn to read and interpret basic construction drawings and installation manuals under expert supervision.

  • Support the installation of windows, storefronts, and glass partitions using professional-grade tools.

  • Maintain a clean and efficient job site to ensure safety and productivity for the entire field team.

  • Prepare materials and sealants for daily tasks to streamline the installation process.

  • Engage in provided apprenticeship and mentor training to master advanced glazing techniques.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to build a long-term career in the trades.

  • Previous experience in a construction or manual labor environment is preferred.

  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various outdoor weather conditions.

  • Effective communication skills in English to ensure safety and follow detailed instructions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools commonly used in the construction industry.

  • Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and protective equipment.

  • Proven history of reliability and punctuality in a professional work setting.
