What You’ll Do

You’ll be a core part of our patient care engine. Your day will include:

  • Completing comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations, reassessments and consultations
  • Designing clear, goal oriented care plans with treatment goals, education, and discharge planning
  • Delivering PT interventions, therapeutic procedures and modalities aligned with APTA guidelines
  • Collaborating with physicians, nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Communicating progress updates and changes in condition to referring providers
  • Advocating for patients, protecting their safety, rights and dignity at all times
  • Supporting performance improvement and quality initiatives
  • Maintaining tight compliance with regulatory, safety and confidentiality standards
  • Pursuing ongoing professional development and education

What You Bring

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • An active Illinois Physical Therapy License
  • Strong clinical skills with a passion for high quality, evidence based care
  • Experience in acute, outpatient or inpatient rehab settings is a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a major advantage for our community
  • Ability to lift, bend, complete transfers and perform all physical therapy functions
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to exceptional patient care

Pay: $38.00 - $55.00 per hour
