• Perform thorough system assessments and diagnostics
• Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally
• Educate customers so they can make informed decisions

• Coordinate with service and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Document all findings and recommendations using ServiceTitan
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the McWilliams brand with integrity
  

• Residential plumbing experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confidence discussing pricing and options with homeowners

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
