Vanguard Industrial Group is seeking skilled and dependable Journeyman Electricians licensed in Wisconsin (or a reciprocating state) to join our Field Operations team. In this full-time, on-site position, youll work on high-performance industrial electrical systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and code-compliant installations. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment.

• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.

• Adhere strictly to local, state, and national electrical codes.

• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical circuits and systems.

• Install conduit, wire, panels, transformers, and control systems.

• Ensure job site safety and cleanliness.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors for project success.

• Complete daily reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License or license from a reciprocating state.

• 5+ years of industrial electrical experience preferred.

• Deep understanding of industrial electrical systems, tools, and safety standards.

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and electrical schematics.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.

• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
