• Oversee day-to-day office operations and staff workflow
• Manage scheduling, patient communications, and front desk processes
• Coordinate insurance verification, billing, and financial processes
• Lead and support office staff, fostering a positive, team-oriented environment
• Ensure compliance with all dental regulations and policies
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Implement office policies and improve operational efficiency

• Previous dental office management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental practice operations, software, and workflow
