We are looking for a career orientedMaintenance Technician to join our team at Waterstone Place in Cincinnati, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

What We Offer:

$18.00 - $22.00/hr. based on experience and qualifications
PLUS quarterly bonuses up to $750.00
Up to $100 a week additional pay when on call if you get called out or not!

What We Need from you:

Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
40 hours per week
On-call rotation ($100 bonus)
Valid Driver's License and Transportation
Boiler, HVAC, CPO experience a plus but not required (Paid Training Available!)
