Returns Specialist at Electronic Payments Inc – Calverton, New York

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Fast-paced technology driven company with national scope seeks dependable employee to join our Technology Deployment Team. In order to succeed in this role you must be a diligent worker with great attention to detail who likes being part of a team.Each team member is responsible for setting up, testing, packaging, receiving and shipping various technology products to our clients nationwide. They are also responsible for keeping an orderly workspace and coordinating projects to push the operation forward. This is not a basic warehouse job! The best candidate will work well in a professional office environment and communicate with multiple departments and managers every day.

Responsible for day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, the following duties:

• Check-In of returned devices
• Initial Inspection of devices and their returned condition state
• Data collection for each return relating to their associated account, arrival date, and reporting back to the Recovery Department for their next level assessment
• Clearing/Cleaning devices to be repurposed, boxing and prep
• Assistance in Inventory Maintenance in moving devices to locations within their state of transition (Testing, Repair, RMA, etc.)
• PIN Debit Encryption of devices
• Clean and maintain workstation/workspace

Qualification and Skill Requirements:

• General knowledge of Network Devices a plus
• Previous Inventory control experience a plus
• Organizational Skills
• Experience with Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Capable of lift items in a range of 10 to up to 50 lbs.
• Loading and unloading, taking in deliveries.
