This role provides the opportunity to lead a high-performing creative studio, shaping the strategic vision, creative output, and operational excellence of a multi-disciplinary team. As Director, Creative Studio, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of brand, marketing, and product creative initiatives, ensuring bold, high-quality work is delivered at scale. You will be responsible for translating company and brand strategy into clear priorities, building and mentoring senior creative talent, and designing systems and workflows that drive consistency, efficiency, and impact. This position requires balancing creative ambition with operational rigor while influencing cross-functional stakeholders to align on shared goals. The ideal candidate is a seasoned creative leader with extensive experience managing integrated teams, driving multi-channel creative programs, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
Define and lead the strategic direction of the Creative Studio, translating brand and business objectives into clear priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
Own creative quality, delivery performance, and operational excellence across multi-disciplinary creative teams.
Lead, hire, and develop senior creatives, producers, and team leaders, building a high-performing, scalable organization.
Design and continuously improve workflows, systems, and operating rhythms to enable speed, clarity, and repeatable excellence.
Influence senior leaders across Brand, Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to align on ambitious creative initiatives without direct authority.
Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, candid feedback, and resilience while role-modeling company values.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in creative, production, or integrated studio/agency environments, including 4+ years in people leadership.
Proven experience leading and scaling multi-disciplinary teams with clear structures and accountability.
Demonstrated track record owning end-to-end creative delivery across multiple channels, from concept through production.
Strong understanding of production realities, timelines, budgets, and operational complexity.
Excellent creative judgment and ability to balance ambition with operational discipline.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing executives and cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a collaborative leadership style.
