Job Title: Agent Claim Specialist/Agent Support
Department: Business Development Center
Reports to: Nick Tedesco, National Accounts Manager
Compensation: Salary
Schedule: Full Time-On-Site
Job Description Summary
This position is responsible for assisting Agencies with all aspects of providing impeccable service on behalf of the Company. The primary responsibility will be alerting the agents of claim dispositions that affect the agent’s direct dealer business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Communicating claims decisions that may impact the agent’s direct relationship with their clients by informing the agent of the nature of the claim, the dealer affected including any and all pertinent information for the agent to successfully communicate the information to their clients
  • Provide detailed claim breakdown and other reporting when requested by agents
  • Administrative support for contract processing; contact agents to supply sign-up information and/or gather deficient information in order to complete a sign up
  • Assist with agent communication, including emails and phone calls
  • Assist in preparing agent-specific rate cards
  • Update and manage all agent sales documents in Dropbox and any other database
  • Understand state-by-state regulations and manage documents accordingly
  • Review and order supplies for agents
  • Attend training, seminars and industry conferences as required by the Company
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities: Must possess an appetite to learn skills while always maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. The Agent Support is expected to accept challenging projects and see them to the end. The Agent Support is expected to contribute to a culture of excellence in execution of processes and management objectives that recognizes and rewards high performance.
Competencies: Strong organizational skills with the ability to articulate with the written word. Deep knowledge of PCMI/PCRS platform. Familiarity with Dealer Management Software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of priorities and time management.
Excellent Client / Customer Service: Must be able to ensure all agent, dealership, customer and/or client related issues are handled in a fast, fair and courteous manner.
Computer Skills: Must be proficient with computers and software applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office, PCRS, ZOHO CRM, and other data analysis applications.
