The position requires both strategic vision and operational leadership, with a strong focus on mobile performance marketing. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead mobile marketing strategy and execution while driving sustainable growth across global markets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive mobile marketing strategy aimed at achieving significant growth in user acquisition and revenue.

  • Lead performance marketing initiatives across major channels including paid media, mobile ad networks, and partner platforms.

  • Collaborate closely with product, analytics, engineering, and design teams to enhance user experience and optimize product growth.

  • Manage and scale a team of marketing specialists, fostering both operational excellence and creative innovation.

  • Oversee large-scale marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation across core and emerging markets.

  • Drive expansion into new markets while strengthening performance in established regions.

  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize strategies using advanced marketing analytics and data insights.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience in mobile performance marketing and a proven track record of scaling digital products globally. Candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience in a senior mobile marketing or growth leadership role.

  • Demonstrated ownership and management of monthly marketing budgets exceeding $1M.

  • Strong expertise in mobile performance marketing channels such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, and CPA networks.

  • Experience working with major in-app advertising partners and mobile marketing platforms.

  • Data-driven mindset with deep understanding of key performance metrics such as LTV, CPA, and EROI.

  • Hands-on experience with analytics and attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, App Annie, or similar platforms.

  • Proven ability to manage marketing strategies across multiple apps or digital products simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills with professional proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Experience with Web2App acquisition strategies is considered an advantage.

  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
